HBC system – Smarttool Production introduces an exciting solution to an age-old problem of getting the new colour to exactly and invisibly match the existing original panel.
Using sophisticated colour analysis software and professional photo-spectrometer equipment we can provide the exact “recipe” to deliver perfect colour matches every time.
How it works: the original leather and vinyl is “scanned” with the hand-held spectrometer, the resulting data is converted by the software into an easy to follow recipe drawing on 4 of the 13 “base” Aqua colours or Solvent B3 or the standard colours made by HBC system

This system for fabric and velour enables the repair of upholstery with a finish and quality sure to attract attention. As standard we deliver 40 different fibres, which can be mutually mixed to match the primary colour perfectly.
